So many times, our bodies are our greatest distractions. The human body is such that it needs our attention each minute (eating, sleeping, talking, seeing a movie, swimming, skiing, etc) and if we are not careful, we may not attend to other things that matter (critical thinking, reading, making a headway, creativity, emotional intelligence, etc). As we advance in age, our personality continues to reflect the kind of choices we have made with our bodies in the past. This is where effective management of time and daily routine is examined. It is noteworthy to say that a person of impact extraordinaire is someone who has mastered the art of subjecting his/her body to his own strong will, nurtured by vision and purpose.
